The Site is operated by Thunder Bunny Co. (“Thunder Bunny,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company based in Texas, United States. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Thunder Bunny sells LED lighting kits and related components for bathroom and home remodeling applications, including shower niche, vanity, bench, and ceiling lighting, as well as other products we choose to offer. We work to display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, color temperatures, dimensions, or other content on the Site are complete, current, or error-free. Actual light color and appearance may vary depending on your installation, surrounding materials, and display settings. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, that are placed for resale without authorization, or that contain a pricing or product error. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Applicable sales tax will be added where required.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@thunderbunnyco.com so we can resolve it.

6. Installation and Safety

Please read this section carefully. Our products are low-voltage LED lighting components intended to be installed as part of a construction or remodeling project. Installation may involve electrical work, waterproofing, tile, and other trades. You are responsible for ensuring that any installation complies with all applicable building codes, electrical codes, and local regulations, and that any work requiring a licensed professional is performed by one. We strongly recommend that electrical connections and any work in wet areas be performed by a qualified, licensed electrician or contractor. Installation guides, videos, diagrams, and other instructional content we publish are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, and they do not account for the conditions of your specific project. Thunder Bunny is not responsible for installation work, for the results of an installation, or for any damage arising from improper installation, unsuitable site conditions, or failure to follow applicable codes.

7. Warranty and Disclaimer

Any express product warranty we provide is stated on the applicable product page or in the documentation included with the product. Except for any such express warranty, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
