Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours.

If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged shipping cost. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).

Returns

Within 60 days of purchase you may request a return for a full refund (excluding our return shipping costs). Products returned must be in their original box, without damage and must not be used. Additionally, return refunds may be subject to a restocking fee, please refer to the Restocking Fee section below for details. Return shipping costs will be the customers expense. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).

Please note that the article should be in its original condition to be returned: unused, in their original packaging and with complete accessories.

You have 7 days, from the date of receiving return approval, to send off the item you wish to return.

Warning – items that are damaged, soiled or which have been used cannot be returned. In case of non-compliant returns, we will not accept the returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email with your order number and item(s) you wish to return and include the return reason. Send to admin@thunderbunnyco.com
  2. We will check your email.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a return label.
  4. You have 7 days, from the date of receiving return approval, to send off the item you wish to return. The shipping fee will be paid by you as a reduction in your refund.
  5. Once the returned item received, we will notify you by email. If there is no damage and all of the pieces are included the refund will be issued within 2 business days. If there are any problems with the return condition a representative will call you to resolve them before issuing the refund.

Refund

We will refund for you after receiving the returned item which is eligible for our Return Refund Policy

The refund will be in your original payment account after the refund operation within 5 business days.

Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Both initial freight shipping and return freight shipping fees are non refundable and deducted from the total refund amount. This applies even if the initial shipping was advertised as free. The initial shipping receipt will be available upon request.

 

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.
